# 2x crown bonus not working

The 2x bonus offered for crowns on first purchase is displayed for each level. I was planning on making multiple purchases at different levels to stock up for the future of the game.
I started my first purchase at the lowest level, but the bonus then disappeared for all other levels. If this wasn’t a bug then it was not displaying correctly in the marketplace. If so I would have just purchased the highest package.
How do I get this reversed, so I can take advantage of this promotion?
Purchase occured on 4/30 at 6ish PM in CA, USA sooooo PST

Hey @ThomIDGAF
This offer is valid for your first purchase of Crowns, this does not apply to your first purchase on each **tier** , but to your first Crown purchase overall. This is why are you had made your first Crown purchase, the bonus offer disappeared.

Right but that isn’t aparent until after the purchase. How do I get this reversed so I can buy the $100 package at X2?
