You can improve vitality, power and resistance by equipping high rarity gear and by leveling up your battle scrolls. Improving your spells requires leveling up your spell book and getting spell pages for your spells. You can farm spell pages from specific spells in dungeons (you can check in the game which spells each dungeon gives).
