App Doesn't Redirect for Update (0.37 Bug)

When clicking “Restart”, the app doesn’t redirect to the Google Play Store to update it.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Happens every time, cycles/loops infinitely.

Steps to make it happen again
Start the app, click Restart.

Are you playing PQ3 between two different devices, by any chance?

Usually this is caused when you play on one device that is an updated version of the game, and then return to another device that has yet to be updated. Because your game data is now ahead of what your previous device is recognising.

Yes, I am using two devices. I know I can manually go and update the game myself but figured it may be helpful to note this issue in case something can be coded to redirect to the store to update regardless of number of devices.

This is something we are aware of and we have already made some changes to this notification for the next update, to make this more clear to players.

I get this error myself when I forgot I haven’t swapped between my work and my personal account.

Currently this is working as intended, as the device does need to be updated. But as mentioned, we are already making changes to this!
