# Cannot log in/start game

When i get to the first screen i press X to start the game and i then get approx 10-12 error messages flash up with a variety of different errors. One example is:

Failed to load asset.  
Exception: GameData/GrowthPackData.json

I can click ok through all these messages but this just creates a system error and takes me to the page to report the error to Sony (PS5)

1. Uninstall game
2. Do a rebuild database
3. Reinstall game

Should have no problems after that.
