No, they had not been sent out yet. We needed to make sure everyone got the fix first.

I just want to confirm, is anyone still having issues with purchasing those Skins?  
I had some tickets come through from Sony players late yesterday, after we had pushed the fix out so I want to follow up.. but from what I can see, they were all purchased before the fix went live.

We just sent out the compensation mail.
