What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Game freezes after using gems to revive character. Exiting and reopening the game clears the freeze, but gems are still lost.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?
Has occurred 3 times so far with no consistent reason as to why.

Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house.
Not sure as I’ve already lost 200 gems and don’t want to lose more.
