# \[Investigating\] Game freezes on character revive

Lg g7 Android 9

**What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened**

Game freezes after using gems to revive character. Exiting and reopening the game clears the freeze, but gems are still lost.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?_

Has occurred 3 times so far with no consistent reason as to why.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house._

Not sure as I’ve already lost 200 gems and don’t want to lose more.

Hey @Skankasaurus

Thanks for sharing this, we’ve tried reproducing this error on are end and haven’t experienced this issue. Are you able to tell me what game modes you experienced this in?

Once was a side quest for Toragon or Eveline, the rest were normal story mode battles.
