# \[INVESTIGATING\] Gems didn't fall properly / overlapped / froze board

**Platform, device and operation system**  
Android, Samsung Tab A

**What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
After making a match, new gems fell onto board and 2 possibly overlapped/combined? And froze board. The rest of the game was still active in background, but only the menu button would work.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Only once thus far.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Unknown, play game.

Happened again. Until I could make a match with the skull and red gem, those gems stayed overlapped.
