# \[Investigating\] Missing 9k from Event

I finished my last Event battle with a perfect 9k score but at the Victory screen I must have lost network connection.
Usually, in any battle, if you lose connection and you have to restart the game, then it continues from where you left off…be it mid-battle or a finishing animation etc.
I should have 151,200 as my Event score for 21 tokens but it’s denied me of 9k…and my 1st position as a result.
I don’t want any compensation or owt but just thought I’d give you a heads up.
EDIT: it has also reset my win streak so I’m back at battling LV120 enemies again. 🙄

Seems like it might be a issue now when i entered a k.d battle it kicked me instantly for “inactivity” didn’t reconnect and took my battle. Def worse if it happens in a event

I’m wondering whether Kush will chime in about his recent problem with KD denying him of a score due to an incorrect timeout? 🤔

I have a dev looking into this. As the Victory screen should (I thought) only appear after the end battle log has been submitted in your data.

From what we can see there was a really long gap between the start of the battle log, and then the next log, which isn’t an end battle log.
The end battle log being missing, is why it seems it didn’t log the battle as a victory, cos to the data, the battle was never completed.
The gap is around 30 minutes+, which tracks for a timeout but the guys don’t believe it actually timed out.
Like I said, I have someone looking into this!
