# \[Investigating\] We cannot enter our Kingdom - Throne of Odin

Aaaaaaand, it happened again. Odin’s Wolves. When I entered around 6:00 UTC it worked, but at 14:00 UTC a member reported being unable to enter. We still cannot access it. Just in case, here is the error, but I guess it will be similar to the previous cases.

I know we are doing great, but there is no need to give us a handicap 😜

😮‍💨 I’ll pass it on again.  
So everyone is aware, we have been actively investigating the error this code has been producing, but we cannot locate a trigger from my understanding.

It’s also not just affecting Kingdom access in some cases. If the team have any questions, I’ll pop them here.

There wasn’t increased activity around the time this started, was there?  
_Think I’ve asked about this before_

As in, a group of members jumping on to complete the KD battle or access the Bazaar?

Yes, and the answer is the same: not that I know. We usually don’t do “group attacks” in KD, I haven’t seen more than 3 members doing it at the same time. Sometimes we do warn our members that we need more bazaar purchases, which could make several members access kingdom at the same time when they are notified but none of the times we got these errors was the case.

So if there was a peak of activity we cannot know, I am afraid we cannot help much solving this mystery. Luckily it doesn’t happen too often. Thanks.
