Would be great to do a PVP war Kingdom vs. Kingdom. It would add more end game content and create more collaboration and community amongst Kingdom members (and stickiness for the game’s user base).
Not much to do once you finish the game other than grind for no benefit (that is, once you can finish difficult X with a build, there’s no real functional point working to increase your gear).

For starters, I’d like to be able to see what kingdom people are in!
