# Ore Deal V - took my ore, gave no shards

iPhone 13pro

**What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
I bought the Ore Deal V from my Kingdom 3 times, expecting the promised 15 Greater Accessory Shards for 250 Ore.

When I went to evolve the ring I’ve been grinding, I found that instead of gaining 3x15 GA shards, it had instead set my GA shard count to 15, rather than adding to it.

However, the 750 Ore I spent is definitely gone, and I got nothing for it.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
This happened once before, a week ago or so, but I had only bought once and got nothing, and I thought I must have imagined it. I believe it was also the Ore Deal V for Greater Accessory Shards back then, but I’m not certain.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
I just bought the Ore Deal V (250 Ore for 15 Greater Accessory Shards) with normal screen presses: click the Ore Deal V button, then click Purchase.

Can’t be sure how reproduceable it is – I spent all my ore the first time, and now I don’t have any left to test further.
