Hey!

We actually have some changes coming in a future update to Relics & Shards that (I think) will resolve this!

Keep your eyes peeled ✨ unfortunately it will not make it into 1.3 though.

Shard rarity has always been a stupid thing to me, it’s just another unnecessary layer that complicates the game…

Honestly, does there really need to be 5 different shard rankings for each category of item this game has?

I couldn’t agree more. It’s currency bloat. It would be much simpler to have one shard rarity and just require more and more of said shard as you level gear, higher.
