# Problem with Premium Pass+

**Platform, device and operation system**  
Android, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro, MIUI 12.0.5

**What did you expect and what really happened**  
After purchasing the Premium Pass+, I expected to see visual changes in the number of earned and undisclosed awards in the future, according to the description of the Premium being acquired. After buying Premium, and then Premium Pass +, I did get some awards, but I can’t see exactly what and how many there were, the numbers in the awards have not changed, I don’t think this is normal, given the goods for real money.

\*\* How often does this happen? When did this start happening?\*\*  
It happened after the purchase of Premium and Premium Pass+. It is difficult to check the frequency and it is doubtful to buy a pig in a poke next time.

Thank you for the answer, when I receive awards, I really get a doubling, it seems to be just a visual effect, but I wanted there to be no riddles.
