[NEED MORE INFO] Avatar glitch in Kingdom Chat

What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Going in to guild chat I expect my own avatar to show up when posting a message. Sometimes that does not happen and the avatar of the player above is showing. Scrolling up and down resets this behaviour, selecting global chat and going back makes it glitch again:

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Happened all over yesterday, until I restarted the device.

Steps to make it happen again
Can not properly reproduce yet, seems to be gone after restart.

Thanks Gary, was about to post this myself. Happens all the time to me. Approximately 1/3rd time I open chat, the portraits are messed up.

Yes, it still exists. Sometimes I displayed as berserker, paladin, necromancer, and shaman. I’M AN ASSASSIN.
Happens in every channel.

This issue seems to have increased in frequency. Displayed the wrong character portrait next to name nearly every time. Scrolling up then back down fixes it.

Hello everyone, I have some follow up questions.

• When did this start happening? (After how long in the game?)

• Have you leveled up a character?

• What level are their heroes?

Portraits are determined based on the Hero level so may be cause of the issue.

Hi Salty, here’s my experience with this issue.

This portrait glitch now happens immediately after I make a chat post, literally seconds from opening game.

I am a level 44 Paladin by the way.

Another strange thing, my wife’s phone shows different color outlines around portraits (Pixel 4a 5G) but as you can see, mine does not (Samsung Galaxy S8).

Hope this helps. It’s annoying that it’s more frequent for some reason.
