# \[Reported\] Column matches not cleansing burning

I was playing a dungeon battle under The Broken Tree and the Incubus was able to cast his Instill Lust spell to start burning. I was able to make a column match on my turn, but the burning wasn’t cleansed. I continued playing the next several rounds making a column match every turn, but the burning was never cleansed.
I tried replicating with another battle and let a Fire Giant start me burning, but the column match cleansed that. Only the burning from the Incubus I can reliably replicate.

The Incubus Spell ‘Instil Lust’ applies a Power Debuff and Burn, it appears the Power debuff icon is not displaying, but when you clear a column - that is being cleansed.
When you Cleanse, it will remove one debuff - in this case Power, which is why you appear to still be burning and why you can cleanse burn on the next enemy, as it’s the only debuff still being applied.

I have a video where I made two column matches. One column was skulls and the second was gems, but still no cleanse.

No need for a video, I just had it happen on my account and after a quick chat with one of the team - the power debuff is meant to be permanent, which is why there is no icon.
So I’ve already given them all the details about Incubus!

This was in the same turn immediately after the spell was applied. I had noticed a burning issue in another battle, but wasn’t paying enough attention to try to replicate where I started burning after a Daemon round and was still burning at the final round and I swear I made multiple column matches.

@Jeto @BabyChins Not saying you’re wrong, but just like to point out that both columns have to be separated by a different color to count as two cleanses. If the columns or rows are connected, they only count as one row or column.
