# \[Reported\] Ultimate spell can't be used

**Platform, device and operation system**  
_Eg, Android, Samsung Galazy s8, Nougat_

**What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
I created enough Mana in the ultimate spell without working up any of my spells. When I try to cast the ultimate spell, it will not trigger.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
This happens in the event dungeon and in pvp. It hasn’t happened in as normal dungeon yet.  
_Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?_  
Specific circumstance: cannot match my spell Mana gems. I match other colors until the ultimate spell is charged.  
**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house._

This is what happened to me too. I tap the ultimate button which is lit up but nothing happens.
