\*\*Platform Android Samsung Galaxy s10
**What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened**
Expected: Open gold chest with exactly 180 gems in inventory
What happened: Unable to open chest, pop-up occurs prompting me to purchase gems because "You require 0 more gems
Occurs when you have exact gem amount for gold chest
Step 1) Acquire Gold chest after battle
Step 2) Have exactly 180 gems in your inventory
Step 3) Attempt to open chest in the after battle screen
Step 4) Be met with pop-up to buy more gems.

Good news is you didn’t spend 180 gems opening a chest - Up to you of course, but this is not great value spend of gems (which become hard to get after completing the play-throughs)

I have some question from Dev Team about this, as they are wanting some further information to understand why this could be happening.
- How often does this happen to you?
- How long would you say you had the game open for beforehand experiencing this issue?
- Have you tried closing and restarting the game and has it helped?

It only happened to me once, as having the exact gem amount caused the issue so kinda hard to reproduce when Im trying to be mostly F2P.
Ive only had the game for a few days, and overall it has not impacted my experience with the game so far
Yes I did attempt to close and restart the app
