**Platform, device version and operating system** XBOX **Screenshot or image** I don’t have permissions to do this. **What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened** I have beat Season 2.5’s dungeon at difficulty X, but my loot ticket rewards are not increasing from “hard.” I believe other seasons are working correctly. **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** I have beaten Season 2.5 via Battles \> Dungeon on Difficulty III, VIII, and X. None of these increased the loot ticket rewards. **Steps to make it happen again** Complete Season 2.5 via Battles \> Dungeon on any difficulty higher than the current loot ticket reward. ---

@N0RVY what’s your name code, I’ll pass onto your account data to the team to see if it’s just visually after you play through a Dungeon battle the Loot Ticket reward difficulty isn’t increasing or is an issue on your account As I have played through some 2.5 Dungeons and have seen my Loot ticket difficulty increase along side it ---

This is working as of today. _shrug_ For posterity, my name code is N0RVY\_OAHS and I can confirm that when I did burn a loot ticket yesterday I only got a level 54 chest. ---
