# \[Unity in the process of updating\] Season 3.1 chapter III Unity Error

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with season 3.1  
I have this error appearing and I can’t do anything, whether it’s restarting the game, turning off the PlayStation or even uninstalling and reinstalling the game!

Erreur  
Echec d’obtention de la taille du téléchargement de la ressource.  
Exception: UnityEngine.AdressableAssets.InvalidKeyException:  
Exception of type  
‘UnityEngine.AddressableAssets.InvalidKeyExcpetion’ was thrown. No Location found for Key=CP/Flicker

Can you describe exactly when this error appears?  
For example, when you go into the Season menu, when you start a specific battle, etc?

I managed to get this to happen on my account, you can get through it by clicking okay on the error until the map reappears and you can then press Continue and play as normal.

A fix is on the way in the meantime

I am having a similar problem on Xbox and I am unable to complete Chapter 3 of Season 3.1. I keep getting an error message at the 2nd to last area of the chapter, where it is supposed to talk to 1 of the NPC characters.

The error keeps saying that it has “failed to load asset”.

It will not progress past this point as it can’t load the conversation with the character. Below is a screenshot of the error message that appears and then a screenshot of where it happens on the map.
