# \[Updated\] Missing Kingdom Weekly Rewards

Currently, all three of our kingdoms have confirmed that they have received no Weekly Kingdom Rewards (the key rewards) since weekly reset. I have taken a screenshot of my own mailbox as confirmation:

Additionally, it appears that certain rewards were missing from last week as well:

I am missing kingdom rewards since 6 days now. I opened a ticket at zendesk.  
No answer yet.

I grabbed the tickets that had come through about this earlier in the week and am currently following up with the development team.

Added this thread to the report as well ✨

**Update: Team has found the cause of this issue & a fix is planned before the weekend**

Missing rewards seem to have been mailed out to those affected. Thanks for addressing this.
