I played a dungeon in the archive today. The reward for level 100 is supposed to be 6-12 ancient coins. I received 3. This has been happening to me for weeks.
I am getting the same thing in the current season with the draconic ichor.
Is my game broken or is this a common thing? I have missed out on so many resources and am a little annoyed and frustrated. Well more than a little.

I took a couple of screenshots and some clips this morning. I just completed 3 dungeons and got 3 Draconic Ichor each time. How do I send a screenshot or clip from the Xbox network to you?
You’ll need to jump onto a PC or your phone and go through these steps to download them
If you have the XBOX App on PC:

Open the Xbox app on your Windows 10 computer.

Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

Click on “Captures” in the drop-down menu.

You should see all of your Xbox clips and screenshots here. You can click on any of them to view them in full screen.

To download a clip or screenshot, click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “Download.”

Thank you. My partner told me just before you answered. They wouldn’t send even though they were only 7 and under mb so hopefully the trimmed version works. One battle gave me 4, the other two 3 each. Same thing happening with ancient coins

You have not completed these battles up to Difficulty X, you are looting them on Hard difficulty as that is the highest level Dungeon you have completed.
Hard dungeons reward 3-5 currency.
The amount shown in the Rewards matches the difficulty selected at the top, which is locked in your videos, if you lower that down to Hard, it will match what you are getting.

Ummm, I’m looting them on hard??? That is not true. This is in archives.
I would not be getting that amount of gold on hard. Your reasoning is not correct. I have completed well above hard.

You’re using loot tickets, which give you the hard rewards and smaller ancient coin drops, not the Difficulty 9 rewards.
To get the loot tickets to difficulty 10. Beat the dungeon first at difficulty 10.
Just so you know each Dungeon has to be beaten seperately. So you beat another season or base game dungeon at difficulty 9, but not the current season at difficulty 9, which is why your tickets are currently capped at Hard.

Where on earth does it say that and why does it let you do it at that difficulty??? So I have wasted all of those dungeon tickets when I could have been doing it at a level 9. I’m beyond annoyed and frustrated. What a load of ……
Yeah, that sucks, but if you watch the video you posted it tells you that you’re looting on Hard difficulty and if you’re sure you want to proceed. The devs are pretty nice, maybe they’ll hook you up? Although being a player error, its not really on them to do so.
