Custom skirmish/dungeon difficulty

There is a massive difference between normal, and difficult when using the custom skirmish/ dungeon feature, i think finding a dynamic way to set difficulty, or making normal “easy” and updating the enemy power for normal would make a drastic improvement.

From L50 and above there is the option to increase the difficulty in 5 level increments (Difficulty I-X).

I’d like to see that extended below L50 so there are more choices for dungeons and skirmishes besides story mode difficulty or L50. The new random skirmishes even allow for later locations to be played below their story mode level.
