I would like to know how can I build my vitality, power and resistance on my characters?
What can I do to get my spells to a higher lvl.

You can improve vitality, power and resistance by equipping high rarity gear and by leveling up your battle scrolls.
Improving your spells requires leveling up your spell book and getting spell pages for your spells. You can farm spell pages from specific spells in dungeons (you can check in the game which spells each dungeon gives).
The new player guide contains info on several aspects of the game that may be of help.
