What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Expected to loot skirmish on hard because my max hero lvl is 19.
Able to spend skirmish ticket to loot difficulty 1 and loot a lvl 55 chest.

Happened after the new patch update.

Have account with lvl 19 hero highest level.
Have loot tickets for skirmish.
Set skirmish difficulty to hard.
Loot ticket box says you are able to loot on difficulty 1.
I am able to loot superior shards on a lvl 55 chest on a lvl 19 account.
