Just tested this, I think its working actually. Although if the devs or someone else wants to test that would be great as there are so many variables to consider.

The damage drop from 77,103 (Diraqine Leggings) to 62,553 (Jeweled Pants) is due to the gear swap, specifically losing:

25% extra damage (~20% reduction).

11.63% light damage (~5% reduction) (a gear ability on my Diraqine Leggings).

Minor mastery difference (+205 vs. +173, negligible ~0.02% effect).
No other factors (e.g., lost buffs, enemy resistances, bugs) are likely, as:

Base damage difference (19,995 vs. 19,559) is explained by power gained from Diraqine Binding (+398 vs. +199) and mastery (+205 vs. +173).

Calculations ( 77,085 vs. 77,103; 60,469 vs. 62,553) align closely, with small gaps (~2-3%) likely from rounding or minor unlisted factors.

Blinded status and other conditions appear consistent.
Verification:

The Diraqine Leggings are working (77,103 matches expected ~75,529 with 25% + 11.63% bonuses).

The drop to 62,553 matches the expected ~60,469-58,460 when losing those bonuses.
