[Fixed] Can’t access game. Different RE- error every time

Hi Jeto. I can’t log in to the game on Playstation, either on PS5 or PS4 and the game throws up a random RE- error every time I try as shown below:



Initially I had the game running on a PS5 and at the same time I updated the game on a PS4 and opened it after the update had installed.

I got the obligatory handshake error as one would expect but when I closed the PS4 version, and then closed the PS5 version, then tried to restart the PS5 version of the game I got these errors and now continue to get them on both PS4 and PS5 having tried on several different consoles.

I would normally expect RE- errors to rectify themselves after a short period of time, but it’s now been a couple of hours and it’s becoming a concern.

I farm 20k+ gems a day on Khazduli Expedition so the loss in gems is frustrating.

Can you check the problem on your side please?

Doesn’t help your issue Swivel but in game there are server issues at the moment.

Well it’s 9pm UK time and still can’t access the game so that’s 20k+ of gems and over 5k of crests I haven’t got, not to mention all the Khaz relics and I bought Gong Song too.

It’s not looking promising……

There is no need to tag me. I check every bug thread.

Did you have a chest stored when you last played or recently send a minion off? Checking the error that seems like what is causing this issue.

I had chests waiting to be opened from minion missions but hadn’t sent any minions off.

Once one of the devs is around, they can have a look at the chest cos I think that’s the issue.

It looks like it’s fixed even though I lost a whole day of the adventure.
