What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I’m able to enter into the game and do things like upgrade equipment, open chests, upgrade followers. However, whenever I try to get into the gameplay/gem matching, I get a server error (e.g. “Server Error: RE-ALG7DD7S”, though the letters after the “Server Error: RE-” prefix continually change). This seems to affect all gameplay modes (dungeons, skirmishes, PVP, social). It is 100% consistent, and I am never able to progress to a gem board.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
As above, this is a consistent issue for all gameplay modes.
