Bought bezerker birthday cake skin for 2k gems. Got no skin, but lost gems . Forgot to save error code. I am pretty sure it took my 2k gems. I honestly didn’t remember my gem count prior to buying.
I’ve got a kingdom member telling me the same currently. Working on getting info from them.

Just to confirm:
- You got an error, when? Right after purchasing, when you tapped to purchase etc?
- Was it an RE error or string of text error?
@daddy5003 I can see in your logs it has removed the gems, ticked down that one of the 7 skins has been purchase, but something is weird with the code where it would normally show +X skin being rewarded.
And in your log though it looks like the Assassin was selected - but I could be reading it totally wrong as it looks different to normal.
Passed that all onto the team - just awaiting info on what the error was

From the kingdom member,
- They were attempting to buy the Berserker birthday skin
- They didn’t write down the error code or remember if it was a RE or CE code
- They are playing on Android

I can purchase again Jeto. I don’t want waste the gems though lol. I was only trying to buy the bezerker skin as he is my fave hero. Let me know if you want me to try again? I can screen shot the code then. I just remember an error code popped.
I’m down 4k gems, and I just want the bezerker skin. Please reimburse the 2k I spent to get code. Pretty please with a cherry on top?
I was about to say, no one needs to spend Gems, to trigger an error - it was only if someone had an error they could share already.
Should make it very clear, I will never ask anyone to spend resources to test something and if I do, in the same message, I will make it clear that I will send you the resource first.

I have the exact same issues as the OP. Attempted to buy the shaman skin twice. Both times it took the 2k gems and gave me a code error the same as Daddy5003 has posted (except for shaman).

The team is investigating, should have enough information now to get a fix sorted.
It will affect all the Birthday Cake skins.

Ty, appreciated Jeto. My apologies on the second buy. Just wanted to help u help us.
I am waiting to hear back from the team on if a fix will revert the purchase, as in send back the Gems or if it will send you the skin.
The fix will refund the Gems spent and reset the purchases, so once it has been resolved you will then be able to purchase the Skins.
Fix would need to come first, then a push to revert and refund the Gems spent.

I just a short while ago tried to buy the birthday skin for my mercenary. I did not get the skin, however i am out 2000 gems. Member name Tribaldemon78 on playstation 5.. edit… just read responses to others. Thank you .

The refund mail should be sent out shortly after everyone gets the fix!

Skins are working now if anyone wants to buy them.
Refunds weren’t sent out yet right? I did not recieve yet if so.
