@Jeto Just to piggyback on this, I also have a member of my alliance who hasn’t been in the last few days. He’s tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling game. I walked him through the whole uninstal, rebuild database, reinstall, and resetting router, but nothing seems to work. (PS4) Azrielgoth. He’s in Dreamhold. Not sure how to give you his name code because I don’t have any of that, but I’ll send you his profile pic at least.
Edit - He apparently logged on this morning, but when he got home in the afternoon he was unable to log on again.
hi, I was also launched in the morning for several fights, but there were terrible lags and in the evening I could not enter the game again

Alright I told him. He was finally able to log on a few seconds ago. So hopefully his connection is stable now.
