None of the members of the Throne of Odin Kingdom can enter it, we get an error everytime we try. In my case, I first tried it around 07:00 UTC so it has already been over 10 hours and I cannot enter yet. Here you have one of errors:

I have just been able to enter the kingdom at around 1:10 EST, so I think that is around 18:00 UTC.
It seems we can now enter our Kingdom. It is not the first time something like this happens. Those times the matter also resolved just shortly after it was reported here, but also out of the usual work hours of devs (at least the work hours Jeto is around here) and with nothing said from them. So I am curious: has it been fixed by someone from the team in response to our post, or was just something that resolved by itself?
It resolved itself, but I am following up with the team once they start for the day.
This issue is commonly caused by a flood of information coming through, so if you are all trying to access the Kingdom at once or all completing Kingdom activities (at least, that has been my understanding). Or commonly at reset times, when everyone is on generally.
This is why it is normally resolved quickly, cos that action dissipates and it can go back to normal.
It has happened to your Kingdom and Odinās Wolves, two of the most active Kingdoms.
I have followed up on this recently, especially when it happens outside of daily reset but I have passed on this error!
It seems to bring up the same data I have found when Odinās Wolves report the same issueā¦ so hopefully we can find some more info and see what can be done.
Well, I wouldnāt call over 12 hours of not being able to enter the kingdom being resolved quickly 
I would understand better if it was a one-time error due to a lot of members trying to do something at that same time. But the error persisting for so long? There has to be something else there (speaking with 0 knowledge of coding and of the inner workings of the game 
). It is also funny how it seems to resolve as soon as we post it, both this time and last time with wolves.
Anyway, it is good that it has resolved itself in time to do the KD and bazaar (struggling a bit with the second but we will pull it off for sure 
). I hope you can gain more info on this issue so that it can be prevented on the future. Not the worst issue but a bit annoying. Thank you for your help and hard work 
Edit: I knew I remembered something similar happening a while before this and Wolvesās. It happened too on the 3th of April (there is a post on that day), so even if not terribly common it seems to appear from time to time. It also happened not so long ago in Odinās Epic, but that might have been related to some idiot leader opening his account on 2 devices at the same time and making a mess of it
I donāt mean this instance was quickly but other times it usually resolves itself after a few minutes, in smaller cases.
But yes, fingers crossed there is some more information!
We are too ābigā for our own goodā¦ We crash the server! And when we crash something it takes a while for it to recoverā¦ Just look at the KD dragon, it was praying for the error to keep for longer, the poor thing. Sometimes I pity it wiping away dragon remains from maceā¦ 
There is no real update here, our server engineer is still investigating.
When this has happened before, it was due to the database being under a heavy load so it slows down to a point where errors like this happens - but in this most recent instance, the database appears to have been okay.
So we are looking into more potential causes.
If anyone has information about what was happening right before everyone was locked out, that would be amazing.
For example, was there a set time you all agreed to jump on and complete Kingdom Defence battles? Did something specific start or was close to ending at this time?
Is it always happening at the same time? Or different start time, but resolves around the same time?
There was nothing we were doing special.
The first discord report came in about 6 hours after the reset. It was up after the reset and I was able to restock the bazaar (after a couple of crashes), but that was all ānormalā. It usually settles down after about 10-20 minutes.
This was the first time in a while we have been locked out, outside of reset time, which is very common.
And it was at least 2 hours before the report on discord that the issue began. I was unable to log into the kingdom when I got up in the morning. I did try several times over 20 minutes. I didnāt mention anything wondering if it would resolve itself and I was busy getting ready and going to work in any case.
I cannot really think of anything useful here. There wasnāt anything special/different we did and the times are different as compared to the last time it happened to us in April. We will see if it repeats.
Canāt talk about this particular time but everyday itās a pain to access the kingdom around the daily reset time, canāt count how many times Iāve gotten the error while loading the KD after reset, or getting kicked out of the game when Iām already on the kingdom page then the bazaar gets restocked, I feel like the amount of data we have to load to access the kingdom is just too big, I guess it has to do with the amount of players or maybe even all the kingdoms but there has to be a way to make it lighter when you only want to check the bazaar and the kingdom defense and donāt care about seeing everyone crests count or leaderboard or anything that directly involves other players, right?
Actual update!
The team found that there is a lot of unnecessary data was being loaded! Which is why it is happening at weird times outside of reset, when you would expect a lot more people on.
We are going to push out a fix some time this week to stop the additional data load, which is potentially causing this issue!
