Why wasn’t I warned BEFORE buying a spell that I wouldn’t be able to use it???
My guess, like when spell crafting came out, they missed on limiting the spell to the class you are using.
I expect they will find a way to help you.
If you are referring to the Merchant offer for a Spell of Your Choice, for 2,000 Spell Shards - this offer displays all Spells that are available to craft.
It does not have a warning that all Spells are being displayed, as it is an offer where you select the specific Spell you are after, and there is an option to display all classes or not. So you can hide spells you cannot equip for the hero you are currently using.
If you left the display all class spells toggle on, then it will have displayed spells for heroes you may not have.
Also on all Class specific spells, there is the matching class icon and in the spell description, it mentions the class that can use the spell.
Assassinate: 150 Mana Cost, 10 Dark Mastery, Assassin
I can pass on feedback to the team to look into adding a message or highlight that you have a spell selected that does not match any hero on your account - but as that toggle already exists, I cannot say when or if that additional messaging would be implemented.
Or see if it is possible to move the placement of that toggle option.
I have sent you the Shards back for one of these purchases.
Thank you so much! BUT! After the first purchase, I thought it was some sort of glitch and bought a SECOND time and it wasn’t until the SECOND purchase/spell on that a message came through that I wouldn’t be able to use it. Could you bring back the second 2000 as well? Pleeeeeeeeease!!! :))

Now, when you start the game, a warning pops up that you need to update the game. I choose the update - the game crashes. I choose “play the old version” - the game works.
In parallel, on February 4th, I installed the STEAM-version (3.5.0.41964) of the game (characters IZVNESHKA_TFRX and POFIGISTKA) - everything is fine. But! I can’t transfer the character KORA_WBPF from the old version of the game to the STEAM-version 3.5.0.41964 - error CSC003!
Please! Can my character (KORA_WBPF) with all the property, from the old version of the game be transferred to the new, STEAM-version 3.5.0.41964 games? Add IZVNESHKA_TFRX and POFIGISTKA to my new characters. Please!
Are you getting this error when you go into your settings > account > recover via email
Or when you reinstall and select link when the game loads?

Both my STEAM account (character IZVNESHKA) and my game account on Puzzle Quest 3 (character KORA) are registered to the same e-mail on which we communicate now - V17 * * * * X13@gmail.com.
