What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I expect skirmish loot tickets to result in loot. Instead no loot appears after pressing loot, from favorite/shortcut battle menu.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens when I favorite the battle mode as skirmish, and use the shortcut to skirmish button from the home menu. Loot ticket will not result in loot. I can use loot tickets if navigated to via battles menu first. Assume it happened since 1.3.
