My game won’t load (both on my iPad and iPhone). It was working fine until about 10pm ET. It says, “The game experienced an error. Please retry, or use this code for reference: RE-NTS6Q62M.”

It happened while playing the new adventure and won’t load again.
Actually, mine happened when playing the new adventure as well. I was just finishing the first battle when it crashed, and I’ve now been getting that error message for 2+ hours. I even deleted and reinstalled the app. It loaded ok, but when I signed in, it restarted and gave me the same error message.
This is quite serious - anybody starting in adventure mode will get stuck in this endless start loop - the entire game becomes unplayable…
There is another thread for the same issue and it was reported that the issue was resolved.

Thanks! I didn’t realize at first this was an issue with the new adventure, so I started a new thread. Appreciate the heads up that it’s been resolved!

Happened to me today… couldnt get back into the game, i eventually did a system restart and that sorted the issue
