In my defense, I’ve played the game for nearly a year without any kind of incident like this. I only just joined this forum last night in a desperate act to appeal to your kind nature. You are greatly respected in the game chats as one who sometimes will give grace to a first time mistake. I swear I have learned my lesson from this and will always triple check whatever is populating the sacrifice field. I didn’t place it there. It simply populated that field automatically when I transferred the attribute over. Like why is even set up that way. That’s like trading for a baseball card and temporarily setting in your garbage can, until you remember to take it out of the garbage can so as not to throw it away.
I ask because, there are no boots called “Dark Boots”
In your logs for the past 48 hours, I can see Night Boots, Firewalker Boots, Runic Boots… in your logs.
My bad, they are the Night Boots. They were Immortal Mythic Night Boots. I don’t usually use night stuff so I had a brain fart and thought they were called dark boots.
I will look into this further after the weekend, as it is well over the end of my day right now and I’ll need a dev to help me confirm your account data
Thank you so much Jeto! I really appreciate the help and don’t mind the wait if there is something you can do. Have a swell weekend.
Checked what happened, just so you are aware:
- Sacrified Fallen Staff to refine Eleven Charm
- Moving XP bonus from Staff to Charm
- Sacrified Night Boots to refine same Elven Charm
- Moving Elite Damage from Boots to Charm, replacing the XP bonus
In this one time instance, I have sent you back the Night boots
And a reminder for anyone else..
I have suggested updating the refine warning to include the item being sacrificed, in case you forget to change the item under "to be sacrificed"
