[Submit a ticket] I need help!

This is my first time on this forum. I was told that if I spoke to someone named Jeto, that she might be able to help me with an accidental, bone-headed mistake I made last night in the game.
I play on the PS5 and my PSN name is Rick_Hunter. My Puzzlequest 3 name is RICKHUNTER_NQML. If someone could get in contact with me to let me know where is the appropriate place to get in touch with Jeto, concerning my problem, I would be very grateful!

Hi Jeto. I filled out a detailed help ticket and tried to submit it to you. Is there a way you can confirm that you received it on your end? I attached a picture of the problem, then sent the ticket, but it popped up with some message about checking it confirming something in my email, but I didn’t receive anything in my email so I’m worried it didn’t send and I’ll have to fill out the ticket all over again.

Whats your ticket number?

It also sounds like your support account through zendesk has not had the email verified, so it wont submit the ticket until that is done. Double check your spam/trash inbox, or double check you input the correct email.

I’m not sure. I’m new to this whole process, so I don’t know where to look for that info. I don’t even know how to pull up the ticket I tried to submit. I clicked on the link you originally sent me. Filled out a detailed description and the other applicable fields. I even attached a picture at the end, but after I hit send, I received some kind of message prompting me to check something that was being sent to my email. I checked my email and junk email, but nothing new was there. When I tried to go back to my ticket, it was no longer there. So I don’t know if it got sent to you, or if it just disappeared.

I just checked my email again, and I did recently receive something from Discobot, so I don’t know why the verification message didn’t find its way to my email. Is it too late for me to try to refill out another help ticket off that first link you sent?

I would suggest, making a profile via this link

completing that and then submitting a ticket

Alternatively, depending what the mistake was, I can just let you know here..

  • If you deleted a hero from the hero management screen, we cannot recover it
  • If you salvaged an item, despite there being many warnings, there is a slim chance it can be recovered and if it can be, it may not be the exact same item
  • If you have purchased/upgraded anything unintentionally, this cannot be reverted

I’m not sure if I can get this solved tonight. I’m only receiving unimportant messages from this forum to my email, but none of the important messages seem to be coming to me. And every time I’m asked to put in my password, it never seems to work, so I’m not even sure if I’m putting in the correct password. I try to reset my password, but then that doesn’t get sent to my email either. This is so frustrating. These messages are the only ones getting through. Is there no way I could provide you directly with the pertinent information? Because using my iPhone to do this through the appropriate channels does not seem to be working tonight.

Mentioned this earlier

I can help explain the situation…Rick used the reward he got in boss rush to give one of his gear pieces, a perfect Experience bonus (smart) bonus through refining. Then he immediately went to put another ability on the same item and didn’t realize his Experience Bonus ability was still in the swap slot and immediately deleted the perfect Experience Bonus ability he had just put on his gear a few seconds ago. He’s hoping you can put the Experience Bonus ability he deleted back on the gear piece as he didn’t realize that it remained in the swap ability slot when he made the mistake.

Yea, I was just hoping to formally plead my case on the ticket with the hope you could give me some mercy and Grace. The short version is that I saved up a lot of resources to forge the final piece of gear I needed to complete my Experience build. The last thing I was waiting on was a high level Experience attribute I could transfer over. As luck would have it, my level 12 boss rush dropped an immortal mythic pair of Dark Boots that had a nearly maxed experience attribute. I sacrificed the boots to transfer the Experience attribute to an Elven Charm I planned to make as the final part of my Experience build. Immediately after sacrificing the immortal dark boots to grab their experience attribute, I stayed to transfer over an Elite Damage protection attribute from a different piece of gear, to be moved onto the same Elven Charm. Where I got confused is I didn’t realize that the immortal experience attribute that I had first moved to the charm, was still populating the sacrifice field for the charm. So when I went to acquire the Elite Damage Protection attribute, as my second act, I quite accidentally sacrificed the first immortal experience attribute that I had just moved to the charm seconds earlier. You can tell in my history that I very clearly was not trying grab the immortal experience attribute only to sacrifice it by accident a few seconds later. I think you are my only hope in fixing it. The immortal experience perk needs to be placed back on the red Elven Charm in place of the vitality attribute that is there now.

Like I mentioned, there are warnings in most places when you salvage.

In the instance of being able to return this item, it wouldn’t be a straight return. That’s not possible.
It would be mail sent to you with just a Mythic pair of the matching Boots. Colour, quality, attributes and stats would be random.

This has been the case for anyone in the past who has had an item returned to them.

If you could send him an immortal mythic boots, a glyph, and maybe 200 gems, he could probably just re-roll it. Night set has a high probability of rolling Experience ability naturally.

(Just a suggestion of course, not trying to tell you what to do).

Not a problem, but to nip it now - we would not send the gear with extra resources - as no one has been given extra resources in the past, and I think that is greatly unfair to others who also may have had upgraded gear.

Fair enough, even if you just sent him the immortal mythic night boots though, it would easy enough for him to reroll and replace the xp bonus he lost.

Also, cos I missed it. If any attributes have been moved, this ties into upgrades.. they cannot be reverted. This is under this umbrella

Then this is what I am referring to about returning salvaged items

If I could get back the same Boots, that would really help. Part of my frustration is that they were my Boss Rush reward, so I not only lost them, but I lost an accessory glyph I made, when I first moved the experience perk from the immortal dark boots to the elven charm I was refining. And I didn’t just have the accessory glyph laying around. I had to use 4 follower crystals to make 2 Grungli crystals, to make the accessory glyph. So when I lost all this stuff due to my mistake, I was heart broken. I’m not trying to lay it on thick, but I was genuinely beside myself.

What are the exact boots (their name) that were unintentionally salvaged, and how long ago did you salvage them so I can check your data?

It was a pair of Immortal Mythic Dark boots. I don’t remember what the other attributes on them were except that they had a nearly maxed out experience perk, which was the perk of interest to me. I made the mistake sometime Thursday morning between about 12am to 1am eastern standard time.
