Hi Jeto. Throughly dissappointed with the compo. 65 horns are useless since the quest pass is already completed. 400 gems not bad. However everything else lost not compensated. I feel very disgruntled about this , as im sure others are too. Yours a very upset Hottrixx

Yeah, i kinda gotta echo @Hottrixx 's sentiments… I thought the compensation was going to include ancient coin? That one is pretty important for me…

Turns out people who did not get disconnected also have received the compo. Now I’m properly confused. How unfair. Also 400 gems is less than the 500 you buy for Ā£2.75 gbp. How tight are you? So this is a jesture not an apology to those affected.

Yuck. Just yuck.

2 days without access:
Missed countless daily exp gains
VIP days and collection (paid for, but scrapped by developer mistakes)
Two dragon fights (and rewards)
Daily shop
Daily bazaar
Events
Adventure(s)?

Not to mention you gave the same to everyone, affected or not.

At the very least you should be auto compensating any real monetary losses (VIP days) with in kind extention to those purchases.

65 horns is useless garbage at the end of the event. I see ehat you were trying to do there, and i hope it helps anyone who needed it to complete the quest pass, but it is likely huge nothing to everyone.

The 400 gems is probably a fraction of the value that was lost alone in my KD defense rewards.

I expected a more thought out and meaningful compensation to those that were severely affected based on your previous comments.

Even I wasn’t effected and didn’t receive the compensation (what is the correct way to handle my account in this case (have checked my mails twice)) I have to speak up for the community here!

I would have expected at least 50% of all possible rewards from what @00h00m has listed. You can’t expect being taken serious from all (long time) players with such a poor action.

Following up all or most of all decisions being made over the last two years you really should have learned to do better. Many more players with a far higher weighted voice than mine already have spoken up for the community in the past and I really can smell the point coming: who will not listen has to learn the hard way!

Nowadays most companies forget the most important rule far too often: It’s all about Reputation

Not surprised at all, I’d already had my expectations for any compensation set to 0… at least the new players introduced on the console launch get to experience this sooner than the rest of the early access players
