game forced a download for 2.2, now I have NO access to game at all, just sits on this screen and can get no where else, perhaps additional info might help you all. Looking forward to playing the game again, hopefully soon

Hey friends, will let the team know this morning that another wave of players are getting this error :sparkles: and anyone who can’t just log in should have their ticket responded to as soon as I can.

My problem was fixed yesterday my husband’s is still locked out how does he do a ticket?

If anyone is getting the error message above, there is no need to submit a ticket - the team will push out a manual fix and it will scoop up anyone getting the error.

As for if you just can’t log into your account or recover it you can submit a ticket to Support here.

When is this issue going to be fixed? Mine just restarts and says i am on newer version… havent been able to play for 2 days. I am very close to just quitting

We just pushed another fix to remove that error, so if you force close and reopen you should be able to get back in again.

Also, would recommend switching off Auto Update for PQ3 until after 2.2 officially releases.

I submitted a ticket and nothing happened, still cannot restore my account. Now three days no play and no pay for the developers. I guess this is one way to get rid of players.

@Raptorfish I responded to your ticket earlier, if you are still having issues just shoot me a reply in your existing Pending ticket.

Ok here is what I did.
After restore account by mail; first choce download packets. This resulted in the same lock out.
Then uninstalled, moved game to sd card after reinstall. Then choice Download full season
I am back in game as if nothing was ever wrong. So prehaps the packet download is where the lockout issue is. I hope this helps Devs and fellow players

Another update.

We are currently doing some further testing to prevent the “newer version” error from continuing to pop up. Now the devs are manually pushing a fix to remove this from players’ accounts repeatedly throughout the day - which you can imagine is not ideal!

We are hoping that this most recent fix, once pushed, will prevent this from continuing and once anyone has downloaded the rolled-back version of 2.1 from the Google Play store it should not continue.
That means you may experience it again after this fix but once you redownload it shouldn’t occur again.
So my fingers are crossed. But if anything changes, or there is anything further, I’ll post in here again.

Also, we have got compensation going out to you as soon as we can set that up! Players who had also been unintentionally removed from Tourneys/Tourney leaderboards will see some extra compensation.

A note: Sony players will not receive any, as they were not affected by this as there is no crossplay between mobile and PC/Xbox.

Once again, just wanted to share my appreciation for you all for being patient with me while I have been chasing this up for the past couple of days, getting you updates where I could & responding to your account tickets! :sparkles:

Apologies for the delay in the update, global comp has taken a little longer than anticipated as we work on excluding Sony from the “global” mail, as this issue did not affect anyone on that platform - unfortunately that is not something I have access to work around and will need to steal a dev :sweat:

Update to the above: The global comp due to exclusions needing to be made will be going out as soon as 2.2 has OFFICIALLY released. With 2.2 releasing next Tuesday, and the pushed update by Thursday - expecting mail by Friday.

With the extra comp for those we found were removed from their Tourney, being manually sent out by the end of this week! Manually as in, me going through a list of affected players and sending one mail at a time.
Update to this one: Working on this now.

Once again, thank you all for your patience! Hope to get this sorted asap.

Since yesterday my kingdom is locked for me because my app says that its a new update available AGAIN and without installing anything new.
I’m really upset and tired of this. .

@Rrildo it sounds like someone in your Kingdom has gotten onto 2.2 again, which I mentioned can happen

But if you let me know your Kingdom name or your name code, I can pass it on to get it resolved.

Hi Jeto our Kingdom is Wildcard and my name is Rrildo but the complete name in the loading screen is RRILDO_EWUH
All the people in our kingdom has the same problem but apparentrly anyone had reinstalled 2.2 after the first install 2 weeks ago.
