Currently, all three of our kingdoms have confirmed that they have received no Weekly Kingdom Rewards (the key rewards) since weekly reset. I have taken a screenshot of my own mailbox as confirmation:
Additionally, it appears that certain rewards were missing from last week as well:

I grabbed the tickets that had come through about this earlier in the week and am currently following up with the development team.
Added this thread to the report as well 
Update: Team has found the cause of this issue & a fix is planned before the weekend
Missing rewards seem to have been mailed out to those affected. Thanks for addressing this.
