Ok I don’t know what is causing this but it’s like the AI is trying to move puzzle gems while I am trying to move them myself and it’s driving me crazy. I just have to stop playing it’s bothering me so much. Has anyone else noticed this happening in their game?
Is the auto play button near the top right turned on or not?
It might be drift from your analog sticks.
……or your game could be haunted.

No the auto play is not turned on. As for stick drift I am buying a new controller in a week or so I will check to see if this is still happening with the new one. This morning I was on manual play and the cursor was literally dragging the jewels somewhere I didn’t want them to go. As for my game being ‘haunted’ gosh I sure hope so! I lost my husband 2 years ago.

@kshell1971 can you grab a video or screen recording of what is happening, so we can investigate if there is an issue with your account?
Not something I have seen myself, outside of the suggestions players have already made, like controller drift, auto play or another controller/device still plugged in that is like upside down and moving… also dirty keyboards that get stuck (for those on PC)
Also what console are you playing on or are you using a controller with your PC?

@kshell1971 sorry to hear of the loss of your husband xx Hopefully you’ll find the remedy to your game issues soon.
There’s a setting which makes the cursor snap to the centre of the closest tile/button/gem, which can feel like it’s drifting. It’s useful in some cases, annoying in others. I
