Hi, its been to years since the last post. What are the current best weapons? Also, where do you farm them?
I guess the answer will depend on who you ask, different players will prefer different weapons. In my opinion:
-For long battles that take lots of turns: royal longsword and guard broadsword. Both increase Power so they can increase damage output of both skulls and spells quite a lot during a long battle. Royal longsword is better, but if you need guard broadsword to get set bonus it is great too. Guard is farmed in first dungeon (Dragonguard Depths) and Royal is farmed in second dungeon (Ruins of Morsauloth)
-For fast battles that you want to fininish as soon as possible: bloodfang twinblade. It increases critical chance and therefore skull damage. It doesn’t scale like the previous ones but your attacks get stronger since the very beginning, so it makes battles faster. Coupled with other gear adding to critical chance and/or critical damage bonus it can help doing tons of damage from the first turns. It is farmed in last dungeon (Portal of Blood).

Thanks. I have a Royal Longsword but in the wrong element.
Off-color Guard/Royal swords can be useful. I can optimize my spell-color matches for mana gain and optimize my sword-color matches for number of power buffs. When they’re the same color these goals can conflict.
