Thanks for your reply Jeto. I haven’t had any problems; I just wanted to know so I could use it myself and recommend that other players experiencing issues check before opening support tickets.

Oh yeah, so I would suggest

  1. Check your own ISP connection or regional restrictions
    downdetector.com is great, double check your wifi vs mobile/ethernet (whichever relevant)
  2. Check your platform for any outages
  3. Check our website you’ve linked above

Also, if you are on XBOX or SONY, we have help articles I have written about their platform specific error codes

AND.. always do a reinstall if you get an error on console. So often, especially on SONY, players get an error code that is easily resolved with a reinstall.
