Cleanse chance for Dispel Magic

Hi,

What’s the chance of getting a cleanse when using Dispel Magic? The description only gives the percentage for the mana drain.

The cleanse is 100%. Unless the enemy just has an insane amount of effects (buffs and debuffs on the field at once) but even then at legendary, 6 of them are gone after one casting of Dispel.

I noticed it failed to cleanse a single burn effect today. I have been following the other issue regarding the failure to cleanse, so I started to pay more attention. I will try to capture a video I guess.

I’ve been making a note of how many effect in total there are and it’s way below the limit. It’s just not doing it all of the time.

Dispel Magic should be fixed in 2.5
