Cross-Play Information

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to create a quick thread where players can check out information about cross-play, in case you may not already be aware of the details or have seen our help centre!

Sony Players

Currently, due to platform agreements, there is no cross-play between SONY and any other platforms.

You also cannot link your email to a SONY account. Your PQ3 account is linked to the PSN account you are logged in to play on, so there is no need to attach an email for account recovery on a new PlayStation.

As long as you log in with the same PSN account, it will recover your PQ3 data from the cloud.

Again, you cannot link an email to a SONY account & currently there is no crossplay

If you are on SONY and have fellow Kingdom members or friends in chat who are asking about emails, please let them know they cannot link their email & there is no crossplay.


XBOX Players

If you have started playing Puzzle Quest 3 on XBOX and later want to also play on a mobile device or on PC via Steam, you will need to attach an email to your account via the game settings.

Once you have linked your email and gotten your password, you can then use this to recover your account on PC/mobile.

PC/mobile Players

As you should have an email already linked and verified to your accounts already, you can then use this information to recover your account on XBOX

If your account is not already linked to an email, we recommend you do so as soon as you can in case you need to recover your account in future. Saves sending a ticket to me to try and find your account, if you link it to an email.

Some players have experienced the following error when trying to jump back onto their XBOX to play PQ3 after linking an email. It’s easily resolved by clearing any old PQ3 account data, so you can then recover your account
