[Emergency] Can someone help me contact Daenerys from The Targaryen House?

My character name is Elixir (member of The Targaryen House), I haven’t been able to login the game since yesterday, something’s wrong with my account , my name code won’t show up at the bottom corner so I’m stuck at endless login loading screen, it’s definitely not internet connection issue because my other internet needed apps are all running fine, pq3 failed to load my account data at login screen. I’ve submitted a ticket yet still no reply from the support team and I’ve tried everything including restart my tablet, reinstall the game, re-add my wifi network, clear google service cache… no luck , I’m still waiting for the support team to reply my ticket sigh , I think my account data is corrupted hence it can’t load properly :sob: I

I have no idea how long it’s gonne take for the tech team to fix it for me,

I’m still waiting for the support team’s reply .

Can anyone contact Daenerys about my login issue for me please ?

just letting you know, it’s in the auto initial reply but it can take 3-5 business days before we can get to your ticket.

Thanks to Higure, DAENERYS is already aware of your case. They recommend checking your email or updating your Android operating system.
I also recommend checking that the game is up to date and trying to log in to Steam or another platform to rule out the platform you’re playing on as the issue.

I’m back in the game now, it’s so weird the problem fixed itself,

I was still waiting for more suggestions from the support team , just after lunch, I thought maybe I should try login again, and surprisingly my name code showed up , many thanks to all the people that helped me contact Daenerys :face_blowing_a_kiss: Muah , love from Hong Kong​:blush:
