Game tutorial stuck, first dungeon

Sent Eveline to craft. Beat first dungeon. Tutorial began to explain blacksmith, then went to have me upgrade Eveline. However, she was “busy” and could not upgrade.

Stuck there now. Cannot collect Eveline because tutorial requires upgrade. Cannot bypass tutorial to collect.

Anyone know a way to reset the account, I cannot play the game currently.

Completely remove the game and reinstall should work, I think.
