[Fix released] Game crashed 2 times in Gauntlet

Hello.
Two out of two tries for daily gauntlet are lost due to some bug. The first time i see it, i received nothing and lost my tries.
How do I get compensated for additional tokens I have to buy now to actually get to the chests?

Already reported to the team but thanks for the additional screenshots, was literally in the middle of making a thread about it. The team is already investigating.

It’s happening in various game modes.

Additional context - the first error happened within a minute from the message that i got the avanaea award (20 spells or so)

Yeah, the error code is linked to the second task by the looks of it.

I’m more than fed up with these games (Infinity+2) where the Devs don’t know what to do apart from screwing over the players!!

We’re more than fed up! SONY will have to intervene, because there it becomes Anarchy! Players are no longer respected!

Just had it happen to myself and other teammates in Daily challenges.

Fix already on the way folks, just has to pass some tests then will be released to live.

Can we get some compensation? I got two crashed playing an adventure dungeon that I bought extra energy for and one on a season battle. I played a normal dungeon to check if the issue was Apple only by chance, but errored on Android as well

Compensation wouldn’t be sorted, until a fix is released.

Also, no further error codes are needed as we are already working on releasing a fix.

Fix is being released to live now, may take some time to reach all platforms. Shout out to the team for getting this turned around so quickly after I raised the issue.

Neither, should just already be live - no update required.

If anything maybe just close and reopen your game

Happened to me yesterday a couple of times too at the end of a battle and i have heard to others. On one occasion Sony popped up for a report. Something about stability. I have no idea i was jalf asleep l.
