Somethings not working right between Brimstone Burn Hex Wither. I think then Hex lands on something Brimstone no longer works.
Just tested it some more while Hex is on a monster Warlocks Brimsone isnt adding its burn damage soon as hex wears off brimstone works again
This is happening to me as well is there anyone else experiencing the same or plans for a fix?
Update didnt fix hex working with brimstone 
It was not mentioned in the patch notes that there was a fix as we are still investigating.
Likely will look into this more after everyone has gone through the update
