Hello,
I have noticed it is not possible for foreign players who are non English speaking to file tickets. How do you plan on supporting them? Please advise.

It did say it was a joke…
He means the site is a joke, not the actual message.
@daddy5003 Why not simply him use google translate, its fairly reliable. Could even post the messages twice, in German and in English.
It’s possible he means the website; however, he does have a laughing emoji after the message.
That is a lot to ask for every German or non English player to do. I feel IP2 should cater to the languages and allow for foreign language interpretation on the file a ticket site. I do google translate to communicate, but it should not be this difficult. If their currency is accepted, their language should be supported. At least support the languages available for the 9 different global language chats. Idk, but I understand what u mean KK. I would like devs to accommodate.
Tbh it might be too little too late. When top players collectively perceive there is cheating, and when tops perceive a lack of response from those governing the game to combat said cheating, it is common for top players to lose interest. We need a level playing field, but we can’t even submit tickets in a foreign language. Player’s must believe that the governing bodies for the game are capable of regulating cheating to believe the playing field is even. When players lose faith, normally the game loses players, and that is the last thing I want to see happen.
Both Freshdesk and previously when we had Zendesk, have all been in English.
The new Freshdesk is no different to before. The same can be said about our websites and the forum?
In my experience, as the one replying to tickets, many players submit tickets that aren’t in English or reach out elsewhere if they are having trouble.
Not to say that it’s not something we shouldn’t consider! Just mentioning that this isn’t a new change because we moved websites.
I can pass this on to the 505 team, who have admin roles for Freshdesk, to see what is possible within the limitations of the features available to us.
That being said, most browsers now have auto translators, or all the text is formatted in a way that you can copy and paste into a preferred translator, in the meantime.
Please pass it on. It is wild to not accommodate the language of the people you accept currency from.
It is totally reasonable to not accommodate all languages that you accept currency for. The currency part is managed by an external provider (play store, steam, etc.).
Localization of support sites and in game languages is a much more involved process with a much smaller pool of resources to do so.
There is now an option on Freshdesk to select a language from a list - I cannot say how accurately it all translates and I am not sure if it is only visible after you make a Freshdesk account.
But it was the only Language option I had some control over, on Freshdesk.
Whether or not it is understandable does not make it ethical. I am glad to see the devs decided to support players that support the game financially.
