I started the Gauntlet of Ice and took my first turn and looked away for a moment and looked back to find my body lying on the ground but at 1,297 life. I used Channel Poison, but the game wouldn’t let me take any other actions. It seems quitting from the menu and restarting let me continue the fight, but just a weird thing.
Edited out a mistake. Thought I was doing a different battle.
Looks like a tick of regen processed after dying?

no, since it’s only been a few days and i haven’t been hit for lethal damage on the first turn again. but it hadn’t happened the entire time i’ve been playing so far.
It does look like a weird desync where the visual numbers of you having no health has not updated, and possibly like Lyrian said, the regen maybe applied after as the battle was still running - when it should have not applied at all as you took lethal damage.
I made a note of it, and if this happens again just post here.. but I think it’s a slim chance it should
